Sculpture Process Post #1

So far I have completed most of the individual parts of my project. I sculpted the elements of the project that are made from clay, and I whittled some of my sticks. I also know what I am going to use for the base of my project, and I know how all my elements are going to connect in the final piece. Before we work on the project next I will need to form a plan about what I am going to do the next two classes so I can get the project done on time. This plan will mostly be how I am going to assemble all my individual pieces together. One challenge I have faced is that my hands get tired and hurt when I carve for too long, so I need to find a solution for this so I can carve all my sticks quickly. I am enjoying working on this project overall, and I hope that this enjoyment will continue when we return from break.
